Shipping and return policy
LUXURY TIES ROMA SRLS ships the goods throughout the Italian territory and within the countries of the European community.
Cost of Transportation
The cost of transport will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered and the country of destination. Shipping costs, where not indicated, are charged to the buyer.
Delivery Times
Generally on the Italian territory, the shipment takes from 2 to 5 working days for delivery, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (weekends and holidays excluded). In any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of confirmation. With regard to shipments made within the countries of the European community, the shipment usually takes 10 to 15 working days for delivery and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
Goods Receipt
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check the condition and integrity of the external packaging: signs of tampering or damage such as crumbling corners, openings, crushing, adhesive tape removed or replaced, damp spots or wet parts. If so, it is in fact necessary to contest the damage in the presence of the courier, to write the signature subject to control (or verification).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, without any penalty, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS, Via dei Coronari 51, 00186 Rome (RM), of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, with a registered letter A / R sent by post, fax or e-mail).
Following the withdrawal from this contract, LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS will reimburse all payments made by the buyer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right to withdrawal.
These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
Products must be returned:

properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address);

without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow the resale).
If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.
