LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS ships goods throughout Italy and within the countries of the European community.


Shipping Costs

The shipping cost will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the ordered items and the destination country. Shipping expenses, unless otherwise indicated, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times

Generally, within Italian territory, shipping takes 6 working days for delivery, calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays). In any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation. For shipments made within the countries of the European community, shipping usually takes 15 working days for delivery and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation.

Receiving Goods

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check the condition and integrity of the external packaging: signs of tampering or damage such as chipped corners, openings, crushes, removed or replaced tape, damp spots, or wet parts. If so, it is necessary to contest the damage in the presence of the courier, writing their signature with a reservation for inspection (or verification).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, without any penalty, in accordance with current legal provisions, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.

In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS, Via dei Coronari 51, 00186 Rome (RM), of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit statement to that effect (for example, with a registered letter sent by mail, or by fax or email).

Following the withdrawal from this contract, LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS will refund all payments made by the buyer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day they communicated their intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

The Products must be returned:

  • correctly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, harmed, or soiled and complete with all possible accessories, instructions for use, and documentation;
  • accompanied by the transport document (included in the original packaging), in order to allow LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS to identify the customer (Order number, first name, last name, and address);
  • without obvious signs of use, except those compatible with a normal trial of the item (they should not show signs of prolonged use or otherwise exceeding the time necessary for a trial and should not be in a condition that would prevent resale).

If the returned product does not comply with the requirements of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.
