Since 2019, we have decided to embrace the cause of Environmental Sustainability through the Promotion of a fully GREEN and ECO-SUSTAINABLE Campaign
We are the first company in Italy in the Tie sector to use the Circular Economy and the first in fashion to collect Ties that would otherwise end up in waste or never be used again.
Thanks to our process, the ties we have collected (incentivizing delivery with a discount on new purchases) have been recycled into new raw material, revitalized with new designs and patterns.
TIES MADE FROM RECYCLED SILK
- Recycled fabric with 100% silk certification
- Label made from recycled material stating under the name "Talarico" the wording: "Recycled Silk" in green
- Transparent cellophane containing tie made from recycled material
- Rigid packaging (same model as the standard one) made from recycled material with no ink, logo created by molding
GREEN TIE WITH GOTS CERTIFIED RAW SILK
We place the protection of the environment and the safeguarding of the Planet at the center of our corporate philosophy.
The raw fabric of GOTS ties is made using Natural Silk Fibers that are traceable throughout the production chain and are produced only through the adoption of eco-sustainable processes that respect the environment. This process leads to up to 94% less greenhouse gas emissions and uses 70% of organically grown silk textile fibers, which protect the environment due to reduced energy and water consumption.
