Order Process

In the online store, you can add items to the cart without obligation by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can also view the cart and remove items at any time. By using the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you can start the actual ordering process. You will then need to choose a payment method.

On the order summary page, all details will be displayed again, and you can go back at any time to correct the information or stop the ordering process by leaving our website or closing the browser.

You commit to placing the order only when the "Submit Order Now" button is pressed. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent.

The user is required, before accessing all products provided by the site, to read these Terms of Service, which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

The user is encouraged to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these Terms of Service, in which Talarico Cravatte reserves the right to unilaterally modify without any prior notice.

Cancel or Modify an Order

To modify or cancel an already delivered order, please contact the email address talarico@talaricocravatte.com, call 0668131717 or click on the 'Contact Us' banner to reach us on WhatsApp, indicating the order number.

Product Warranty

All products marketed by www.talaricocravatte.it are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty.

Payments

All prices displayed in our catalog are in Euros and include VAT. Purchases made on this portal are secure, guaranteed, and can be made in the following ways:

Credit Card Payment

By choosing this payment method, you must provide the name that appears on the card, the number, and the expiration date. By selecting this option and submitting the order via the internet, the charge on the credit card does not occur immediately.
Our system will process the transaction later, and if it fails, you will be notified via email (if available) or through our call center. The order will be suspended pending receipt of the correct information or by changing the payment method (cash on delivery or advance bank transfer).
After 5 working days without receiving instructions, the order will be canceled. The charge on the credit card will occur only when the order has been processed, completed, ready to be shipped, and if the information is correct.

PayPal Payment

PayPal is a secure, easy, and fast online payment system.
Secure: the credit card or bank details linked to PayPal are stored only by PayPal, and every time you purchase online, you do not need to re-enter them.
Easy: with two simple clicks, you can purchase. All data has already been pre-entered in the PayPal account created earlier.
Fast: the payment will be sent immediately to Talarico Cravatte, and therefore the order fulfillment will occur quickly within the established times.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any other prevailing mandatory provisions of the buyer's country of habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the Terms of Service are subject exclusively to Italian law.

Any disputes related to and/or arising from them must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the buyer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the buyer's domicile or residence, according to the applicable law.
