Order Process
In the online store, you can add items to your shopping cart without any obligation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can also view your cart and remove items at any time. By clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you can begin the actual ordering process. You will then be required to select a payment method.
On the order summary page, all details will be displayed again, and you may go back at any time to correct your information or interrupt the ordering process by leaving our website or closing your browser.
You are only committed to placing the order once you click the “Submit Order Now” button. An order confirmation will be sent immediately afterwards by email. Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
Before accessing all products provided by the website, the user is required to read these Terms of Service, which shall be deemed fully and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
The user is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these Terms of Service, which Talarico Cravatte reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice.
The website and the products supplied through it, including purchases made through the website, are available in the following languages: Italian and English.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order
To modify or cancel an order that has already been delivered, please contact us by email at talarico@talaricocravatte.com, call +39 0668131717, or click on the “Contact Us” banner to reach us via WhatsApp, indicating the order number.
Product Warranty
All products sold through www.talaricocravatte.it are covered by the manufacturer’s statutory warranty.

Payments
All prices displayed in our catalogue are in Euros and include VAT. Purchases made through this portal are secure, guaranteed and can be completed using the following payment methods:

Credit Card Payment
By choosing this payment method, you must provide the cardholder name, card number and expiry date.
When selecting this option and submitting the order online, the charge to the credit card will not take place immediately.
Our system will process the transaction at a later stage. If the transaction is unsuccessful, you will be notified by email (where available) or through our customer service centre.
The order will be suspended until the correct information is received or until the payment method is changed (cash on delivery or advance bank transfer).
If no instructions are received within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.
The credit card will only be charged once the order has been processed, completed, is ready for shipment and the information provided has been verified as correct.
PayPal Payment
PayPal is a secure, simple and fast online payment system.
Secure: credit card or bank account details linked to PayPal are stored only by PayPal, and it is not necessary to enter them again each time you make an online purchase.
Simple: with just two clicks, you can complete your purchase. All information has already been entered into your PayPal account, previously created by the user.
Fast: payment will be transferred immediately to Talarico Cravatte, allowing the order to be processed quickly within the established timeframes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions applicable in the country of the purchaser’s habitual residence.
Therefore, the interpretation, execution and termination of these Terms of Service shall be subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any disputes relating to and/or arising from these Terms of Service shall be exclusively settled by the competent Italian judicial authority.
In particular, if the purchaser qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be settled by the court of the place where the consumer is domiciled or resident, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Important Notice
During the month of July, orders will be processed and shipped until July 29th.
Orders received from July 30th onwards will be processed starting from August 25th.
LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS ships goods throughout Italy and within the countries of the European Community.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system based on the weight of the ordered items and the destination country.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.
Delivery Times
Generally, shipments within Italy require approximately 6 working days for delivery, calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In any case, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
For shipments within European Community countries, delivery usually takes approximately 15 working days and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days and without any penalty, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. The withdrawal period begins from the date on which the products are received.
In the case of multiple purchases made by the customer under a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period shall begin from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS, Via dei Coronari 51, 00186 Rome (RM), Italy, of their decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration to that effect (for example, by sending a registered letter with return receipt, fax or email).
Following withdrawal from this contract, LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS shall refund all payments received from the customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS is informed of the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Such refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer must return or deliver the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
The Products must be returned:

properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, altered, soiled or otherwise compromised, and complete with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

accompanied by the transport document (included in the original packaging), in order to allow LUXURY CRAVATTE ROMA SRLS to identify the customer (order number, first name, surname and address);

without any evident signs of use, except those compatible with a normal inspection of the item (the products must not show signs of prolonged use or use exceeding the time reasonably necessary for testing the item, and must remain in a condition suitable for resale).
If the returned product does not comply with the requirements set out in the previous paragraph, the withdrawal shall not be valid.
Any customs duties, import charges, taxes or fees requested by the competent authorities shall always be borne by the customer.
In the event of failure to accept the package, refusal of delivery, customs clearance issues, or return of the package to the sender, all additional costs incurred, including storage fees, handling charges, return shipping costs or costs for a new shipment, shall likewise be borne by the customer.
