Ordering process

In the online store, you can add items to the cart without obligation by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. You can also view the cart and remove items at any time. By using the 'Proceed to Order' button, you can start the actual ordering process. You will then need to choose a payment method.

On the order summary page, all details will be displayed again and you can go back at any time to correct the data or interrupt the ordering process by leaving our website or closing the browser.

The order will only be placed at the moment the 'Submit Order Now' button is pressed. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent.

Users are required, before accessing all products provided by the site, to read these Terms of Service which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

Users are invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these Terms of Service, in which Talarico Cravatte reserves the right to unilaterally modify them without any notice.

It is possible to use the site and thus access products provided by it and purchase these in the following languages: Italian, English.

Cancel or modify an order

To modify or cancel an already delivered order, please contact the email address talarico@talaricocravatte.com, call 0668131717 or click on the 'Contact Us' banner to reach us on whatsapp, indicating the order number.

Product warranty

All products marketed by www.talaricocravatte.it are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty.

Information on invoices, bank transfers, and refunds

Payments

All prices displayed in our catalog are in Euros and include VAT. Purchases made on this portal are secure, guaranteed, and can be made in the following ways:
- Payment by Credit Card
- Payment with PayPal

Payment by credit card

By choosing this payment method, you must indicate the name that appears on the card, the number, and the expiration date. By selecting this option and sending the order via the internet, the charge on the credit card does not occur immediately.
Our system will carry out the transaction later, and if it does not go through, you will be notified by email (if available) or through our call center. The order will be suspended pending receipt of the correct data or by changing the payment method (cash on delivery or advance bank transfer).
After 5 working days and not having received instructions, the order will be canceled. The charge on the credit card will occur only when the order has been processed, completed, ready to be shipped, and if the data is correct.

Payment with PayPal

PayPal is a secure, easy, and fast online payment system.
Secure: the credit card or bank details linked to PayPal are stored only by PayPal, and every time you purchase online, it is not necessary to re-enter them.
Easy: with two simple clicks, it is possible to purchase. All data has already been pre-entered in the PayPal account, created previously.
Fast: the payment will be sent immediately to Talarico Cravatte and therefore the order fulfillment will occur quickly within the established times.

Applicable law and competent court

These terms of service are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any different prevailing mandatory rule of the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the Terms of Service are subject exclusively to Italian law.

Any disputes related to or arising from the same must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the buyer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same, according to the applicable law.
